Paid plans are not yet on sale. When they are, payments will be handled by our payment provider, and the Terms of Service and Refund Policy will describe billing, cancellation and refunds before anything is charged.
Pricing questions
Will the free plan remain?
Yes. Opening and running IDOP documents will always be free, and a free plan for IDOP Cloud will remain when paid plans are introduced.
Do I need an account to open a document?
No. You can open and run .idop files in IDOP Cloud without an account. An account is needed to store files in the cloud and to create share links.
What happens to my documents if I stop using IDOP Cloud?
They are files. Download them at any time; they keep their data inside them and open in any conforming reader. Deleting your account deletes what you stored with us.
Do you offer discounts for education or research?
Not yet, because there is nothing to pay for yet. If you are planning a course or a study with IDOP, write to us.
