The kind of work we do
IDOP sits where file formats, browser security, systems programming and product design meet. The reference implementation is written in Rust and TypeScript; the specification is written as carefully as the code.
The people who would enjoy this work tend to care about:
- precise specifications, and implementations that follow them exactly;
- security that holds when the input is hostile;
- interfaces that explain permissions in plain language;
- writing clearly, for developers and for everyone else.
